Introduction

At Velvet Blossom Beauty, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation

​

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  •  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total treatment cost.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Deposits

​

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

  • With sufficient notice, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 3 months.

  • If you cancel within less than 48 hours or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

​

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your treatment being shortened or cancelled, with the full cost still applicable.

  • We will do our best to accommodate you, but this is not always possible without impacting other clients’ bookings.

Exceptions

​

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the event of an emergency or serious unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
