Service Description
A patch test is a legal requirement that must be completed before any lifting or tinting treatments can be performed. All new clients booking our tinting or lifting services must book a patch test at least 36 hours beforehand. Failure to do so will result in your treatment being cancelled. A form is required for consent. Please complete, sign and date the form.
Cancellation Policy
A patch test is required for all new clients booking brow or lash treatments. Please ensure you leave 36 hours between a patch test and any treatments involving tinting or lifting. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. This is usually set at £10. The rest is due at the time of the treatment. If you cannot attend, you MUST notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment. If you cannot notify us, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations between 24-48 hours will be charged 50% of the remaining fee. No shows will be required to pay the full treatment price before any further bookings can be made. Late arrivals may mean we cannot perform your treatment. You will need to reschedule, and a new deposit will be required. Full terms and conditions are available on the website. Please ensure you read these first before making any bookings.
