This luxurious treatment includes: Comprehensive skin analysis – so I can select the best professional products for your skin type and concerns Gentle cleanse to remove impurities and prepare the skin Steam & extractions to clear congestion and refine texture Customized mask – choose from a range of masks tailored to your skin’s needs (hydrating, calming, or brightening) Finishing products – serums, moisturisers, and eye treatments to lock in results SPF application to protect your skin post-treatment And of course, some well-deserved downtime wrapped in a fluffy blanket — the perfect way to achieve relaxation, rejuvenation, and a radiant glow.
Cancellation Policy
A patch test is required for all new clients booking brow or lash treatments. Please ensure you leave 36 hours between a patch test and any treatments involving tinting or lifting. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. This is usually set at £10. The rest is due at the time of the treatment. If you cannot attend, you MUST notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment. If you cannot notify us, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations between 24-48 hours will be charged 50% of the remaining fee. No shows will be required to pay the full treatment price before any further bookings can be made. Late arrivals may mean we cannot perform your treatment. You will need to reschedule, and a new deposit will be required. Full terms and conditions are available on the website. Please ensure you read these first before making any bookings.
