Enter stage left — me! I’ve trained for this moment, and I get it. When I first started my skincare routine, I literally had no clue what I was doing — or why. And did I even need it? Spoiler: YES! You definitely need to look after your skin. But where to start? That’s where I come in. This session can be as basic or in-depth as you want. The goal? To teach you HOW to use your skincare — hands-on, step by step — so that by the end, your routine actually makes sense. I promise it’s not as complicated as it looks. Let’s get your basics sorted! Cancellation Policy
A patch test is required for all new clients booking brow or lash treatments. Please ensure you leave 36 hours between a patch test and any treatments involving tinting or lifting. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. This is usually set at £10. The rest is due at the time of the treatment. If you cannot attend, you MUST notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment. If you cannot notify us, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations between 24-48 hours will be charged 50% of the remaining fee. No shows will be required to pay the full treatment price before any further bookings can be made. Late arrivals may mean we cannot perform your treatment. You will need to reschedule, and a new deposit will be required. Full terms and conditions are available on the website. Please ensure you read these first before making any bookings.
